Before joining Inbound Health, Julia was the Senior Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at a biotech start-up, GNS, where she acted as Chief of Staff to the CEO and led M&A deal processes. Prior to GNS, Julia was at Kaiser Permanente where she led initiatives aimed at improving care quality and experience from design to implementation across KP’s 20+ Northern California hospitals.
